FAQ’s

During your free home visit the instructor will talk through all the options. However, the following points should be considered when making your choice;

• What areas do we cover?

Lessons are available in the areas of Colchester, Clacton-on-sea, Ipswich and Maldon

• How much experience have I already got?

If previous experience has been gained, it may be beneficial to book at 1.5hr assessment and make a training plan thereafter

• How do I know that the teaching style will suit my needs?

Instructors will tailor lessons to meet individual needs. Informing your instructor of any requirements or concerns at the initial meeting is   essential 

• Do I like the vehicle that the instructor is teaching in?

You will be shown around the car at the initial meeting to ensure it meets your needs

• Do I get on with the instructor?

Instructors uphold the company values and standards at all times. If you feel this is not the case, please contact the admin office

• What if I pay for more lessons than I need?

Tuition paid for, which is not received due to reaching the required standard early, the outstanding balance will be reimbursed in full or given as advanced instruction e.g. motorway driving
